An American car in the Macanese street. For the first edition of the Windsor Arch GT Cup in Macau,Dynaten motorsports and their driver Eitan Zidkilov were having mixed expectations. On one hand the car just won the last two races in Zhuhai with ease, but on the other hand the fame of Macau circuit meant that a host of professional drivers will enter the event, with name such as Darrell O’Young(2006 and 2008 Carrera Cup Asia Champion), Dany Watts (A1), Campanico (Formula3), Sawa (Carrera Cup Asia) among others and the grid will be full with awhopping 36 cars. First practice started with the car pitting in after just one lap with an apparent lack of power from the engine. After a quick check it was decided to send the car out again so Eitan could take some references on the track with the corvette. Despite the obvious lack of grunt from the engine, Eitan managed a solid tenth position in 2’45’199. free practice results It will be discovered after the session that a spark plugclips broke, the car firing in only seven cylinders. When the cars finally made it to the track the team waswatching anxiously at the monitors following Eitan progress.
